Travis Woolf

Central Region – Fort Worth, TX

Travis joined the CGF staff in June of 2014, after playing professional golf for three and a half years. He currently resides in Fort Worth, TX and covers the South-Central Region for CGF. Travis was an All-Mountain West Conference Player at Texas Christian University and came to faith in Christ at a College Golf Fellowship Retreat at PGA Tour Player Paul Stankowski’s house in 2008.

After graduating in May of 2010, Travis played professional golf full-time on various developmental tours, winning on three different occasions. While competing, Travis started and led the Bible studies on the Adams Golf Pro Tour and continued to be involved in CGF. Throughout his junior, college, and professional golf, God had been preparing Travis for full-time Christian ministry. In 2014, Travis’s desire to pursue a career on the PGA Tour was surpassed by his passion to build into young men and help them develop a vibrant faith in Jesus Christ.

Travis is currently pursuing a Masters of Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary. He has been married to his wife, Katie, since 2012.

Travis works with schools throughout Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, Kansas, Nebraska, Arkansas, and Colorado.
